Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the eeekl platform, including the website at eeekl.net, any associated mobile applications, and all gaming, betting, payment, and support services offered through or in connection with the platform.

By accessing any part of the eeekl platform — including browsing the site without registering — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on eeekl, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. eeekl enforces strict age verification in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. Registration by individuals under 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of your use. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using eeekl complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register, voluntarily or mandatorily excluded from gambling activity, or otherwise barred from participating in online gaming.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and a valid email address. eeekl will use this information for account verification, identity confirmation (KYC), and compliance purposes.

You agree to promptly update your account information if any of it changes. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

eeekl reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason for refusal.

Account Responsibilities

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the eeekl platform at any time. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, eeekl reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void any pending bets or winnings, and retain balances pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your account. eeekl will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, you must notify eeekl support immediately. eeekl may temporarily suspend your account as a precautionary measure while the matter is investigated.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including all bets placed, all deposits and withdrawals initiated, and all communications sent through your account. The use of your account by minors — including members of your household under 21 — is your responsibility to prevent.

Deposits & Withdrawals

eeekl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through supported Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard. All account balances are maintained and transacted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

All funds deposited into your eeekl account must originate from a payment source that is legally registered in your name. The use of payment methods belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited. eeekl reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming ownership of any payment method used.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the account cashier section. These limits may be adjusted based on your account verification status, transaction history, or applicable compliance requirements.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) before processing. eeekl may request supporting documents — including a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and payment method confirmation — before releasing withdrawal funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold.

eeekl aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. However, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected, volume of requests, and the outcome of any required compliance review. eeekl shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, eeekl may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to specific terms which will be published alongside the promotion and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General conditions applicable to all eeekl bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are valid for the time period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.

Any attempt to exploit bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple first-deposit bonuses, hedging bets across accounts to guarantee a profit, or using techniques designed to circumvent wagering requirements — constitutes a violation of these Terms. eeekl will void any winnings resulting from such conduct and may permanently close associated accounts.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on eeekl are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, or game type. Market-specific rules are available within each betting market on the platform. In the event of any ambiguity between general betting rules and market-specific rules, the market-specific rules shall apply.

A bet is considered accepted once you receive a confirmed bet slip reference from the eeekl system. eeekl reserves the right to refuse any bet, limit bet amounts, or restrict access to specific markets at its sole discretion without prior notice.

In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to current event conditions. eeekl is not responsible for delays in data feeds or live score updates. Bets placed based on information that was publicly known at the time of bet acceptance but unknown to the eeekl system may be voided at eeekl's discretion.

If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned and not completed within the timeframe stated in the applicable market rules, bets may be voided and stakes returned to player accounts. eeekl's decision regarding bet settlement in exceptional circumstances is final.

Obvious pricing errors — including but not limited to odds that are clearly and materially incorrect due to technical or human error — do not constitute valid betting markets. eeekl reserves the right to void bets accepted at manifestly incorrect odds and will notify affected players accordingly.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the eeekl platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to place bets or interact with the platform without direct human input
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or the use of privileged information to gain an unfair advantage
• Collusion with other players, including coordinating bets to guarantee profits across multiple accounts
• Arbitrage betting strategies specifically intended to exploit pricing discrepancies in a manner that constitutes abuse of the platform
• Money laundering or the use of the eeekl platform to conceal, convert, or transfer funds derived from illegal activity
• Fraudulent chargebacks or the reversal of legitimate deposits through payment providers after funds have been wagered
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or disrupt the eeekl platform's technical infrastructure
• Impersonating eeekl staff, support agents, or other players
• Creating accounts on behalf of individuals who are self-excluded, under 21, or otherwise barred from the platform

eeekl employs advanced fraud detection and monitoring systems. Accounts flagged for prohibited conduct will be suspended pending investigation. eeekl's determination in all fraud and abuse investigations is final and binding.

Intellectual Property

All content on the eeekl platform — including but not limited to the eeekl brand name and logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, text content, odds data, game interfaces, software, and code — is the exclusive intellectual property of eeekl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the eeekl platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any eeekl content without prior written authorization
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the eeekl platform
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any eeekl software
• Use eeekl branding or intellectual property in any commercial context without written consent

Any unauthorized use of eeekl intellectual property will be considered a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, eeekl shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform

Privacy & Data

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
